Abstract

In today’s digital age, the Indian banking system has changed very fast. New systems like UPI Credit and Digital Rupee (e-₹) are making banking quicker, easier, and safer. These innovations are also changing how people use money in their daily lives. Transactions happen instantly, loans are available quickly, and India is moving towards a cashless economy.

This paper explains how UPI Credit and Digital Rupee developed over time and how banking moved from manual work to a fully digital system. It also studies the future of Indian banking, focusing on technology, financial inclusion, and customer comfort.

The study also explains how these changes affect consumer behaviour. People now trust digital payments more, prefer online payments instead of cash, and are using new financial tools faster than before.

This research helps policymakers, banks, and businesses understand how India’s banking system is changing and what it means for the future.

Abstract

This paper aims at exploring the significance of copyright with reference to the creative industry in India, which includes the fields of music, movies, literature, and the relatively new field of soft skills content creation. Copyright is the foundation on which the intellectual property rights (IPR) of the country are established. It grants the creators the exclusive rights over the reproduction, distribution, and communication of their original work under the Copyright Act, 1957. The Copyright Act protects various forms of work such as literary work, musical work, dramatic work, and artistic work, which includes cinematograph films and sound recordings. Thus, the copyright plays a significant role in the creation of the overall creative industry of the country. Despite the presence of a robust copyright framework, issues such as digital piracy and the relatively ambiguous enforcement mechanism pose a challenge to the copyright enforcement mechanism in the country. It further explores the unique implications for soft-skills content — such as training lectures, seminars, and educational media — within the copyright regime. Ultimately, the paper argues that while India’s copyright laws provide vital protections that foster innovation and cultural growth, future success will depend on nuanced policy responses, technological safeguards, and increased awareness among creators and consumers alike.

Abstract

As we move through 2026, the initial shock of generative AI has evolved into a sophisticated integration within global education. This paper examines how systematic innovations—specifically hyper-personalization, teacher augmentation, and immersive digital twins—have reshaped the pedagogical landscape. By analyzing real-world frameworks and the shift from rote memorization to process-oriented learning, this work illustrates how automation is ironically making education more human by stripping away the mechanical burdens of teaching.

Abstract

Indigenous communities across the world have accumulated considerable wealth of traditional knowledge and other forms of intangible heritage, passed down through generations. Among these communities, the Adivasi communities of India have a high tradition of ancient knowledge, unique forms of art, literature, and complex forms of mythology. However, the very existence of these forms of intangible heritage is threatened by the unprecedented menace of bio piracy, cultural appropriation, and exploitation of the same for commercial and economic gain. This paper seeks to examine the role of intellectual property rights as a tool to protect the traditional knowledge of the Adivasi communities.

Abstract

Traditional and indigenous sports in India, such as Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, and tribal archery, are integral to the nation’s cultural heritage, reflecting centuries of community practices and identity. As globalization and commercialization reshape these sports, intellectual property rights (IPR)— including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and geographical indications—offer potential tools to protect them from exploitation and misappropriation. This paper examines the applicability of IPR to India’s traditional sports, analyzing legal frameworks, cultural dynamics, and case examples. It highlights the tension between Western IPR models and India’s collective traditions, proposing a hybridapproachthatintegratessuigenerisprotectionsandcommunity-ledinitiatives.The findings  emphasize the need for tailored strategies to preserve these sports while ensuring equitable benefits for indigenous and rural communities.

Abstract

For new ideas, innovation or creativity encouragement, IPR plays crucial role. The review of various IPR such as copyrights and patents and its role in promoting creativity is discussed in this paper. It studies various researches, available study material to explain how IPR can impact on economic growth, invention and innovation. The study reveals that intellectual property right gives sole rights to the inventors thereby accelerating the process of creativity but this is not exactly the same situation in every sector. We can observe this from pharma or chemical sector where strict patent laws can support but these laws create problem where new ideas are based on old ideas such as sector of software. Due to digitisation, copyrights laws also have to face many challenges which creates difficulty in making original work safe and allowing others to utilize it. The paper discusses on various aspects of IPR like future innovations, protection required by every field, its support for new start up, maintaining the balance between first and next creators. This needs to be study for establishing stronger IPR system which can promote creativity and can help the society. Through this study, it has been suggested that if IPR is used along with tools like grants, rewards or open-source initiatives, then it may give better results.

Abstract

India’s development policy increasingly emphasizes inclusive growth, especially as the country seeks to harness its demographic dividend and achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. Young people and first-time innovators play a vital role in driving innovation-led growth; however, they often face significant challenges such as limited access to finance, restricted market opportunities, and inadequate legal protection for their ideas.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) provide a strong framework to address these issues by safeguarding, recognizing, and enabling the commercialization of creative ideas and innovations. This study examines how a robust and accessible IPR system can enhance innovation participation, reduce entry barriers, and promote inclusive development.
Using a descriptive and analytical methodology based on secondary data, the paper explores the opportunities created by patents, trademarks, copyrights, and geographical indications for young entrepreneurs and grassroots innovators in India. The findings suggest that a well-developed and user-friendly IPR ecosystem can significantly expand participation in innovation, lower structural constraints, and contribute to sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
