AURA – An International Biannual Multidisciplinary E-Research Journal

AURA is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, publication ethics, and research transparency. The journal follows ethical guidelines to ensure originality, credibility, and scholarly excellence in all published works.

  1. Originality of Manuscripts

Manuscripts submitted to Aura must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The work must be the author’s own intellectual contribution and should significantly add to existing knowledge in the relevant discipline.

  1. Plagiarism Policy

Aura follows a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts with plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or improper citation beyond permissible limits will be rejected outright. Proper acknowledgment of all sources, data, and ideas is mandatory.

  1. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Content Policy

The journal does not accept AI-generated content in any form, including text, images, data analysis, or interpretations produced by artificial intelligence tools. Authors must ensure that the manuscript is entirely human-authored and based on original scholarly effort. Any violation of this policy will lead to rejection or retraction of the article.

  1. Research Protocol and Ethical Compliance

Research involving human participants, surveys, or sensitive data must follow recognized ethical research protocols. Necessary approvals from institutional ethics committees or relevant authorities must be obtained and clearly mentioned in the manuscript where applicable. Authors are responsible for ensuring accuracy, honesty, and transparency in research methodology and reporting.

  1. Authorship Responsibility

All listed authors must have made a substantial contribution to the research work. Ghost authorship, gift authorship, or misrepresentation of authorship is strictly prohibited. The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the journal and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

  1. Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that may influence the research outcomes or interpretation. Transparency in disclosure helps maintain trust and objectivity in scholarly publishing.

  1. Peer Review Ethics

Aura follows a fair, unbiased, and confidential peer review process. Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts objectively and maintain confidentiality. All rights related to review decisions are fully reserved with the Editorial and Review Committee.

  1. Copyright and Rights Reserved

All rights regarding acceptance, revision, rejection, and publication are reserved with the Editorial Board and Review Team of Aura. Once published, the journal retains publishing rights, and any reproduction or redistribution requires prior written permission.

  1. Retraction and Correction Policy

Articles found to violate ethical standards after publication may be retracted or corrected at the discretion of the Editorial Board. Retractions will be clearly indicated to maintain academic transparency.
